General Information

• All prices are in USD, you are responsible for any currency conversions
• WIP's will frequently be sent throughout the process, but please do not harass me for frequent updates.
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.

Payment and Refunds

• Payment is expected in full upfront before any work is started.
• PayPal is the only accepted payment method ; an invoice will be sent to you.
• Once I begin working, refunds will not be permitted.
• If a deadline is required, a rush fee can be discussed.

Editing

• Up to two (2) free revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• If more revisions are necessary, then there will be a small fee—unless artist is at fault.
• Minor changes are accepted during the coloring stage, but any edits to linework will cost extra.

Copyright and Usage

• I retain all rights over any commissioned artwork.
• The client may post their finished artwork online with proper credit.
• Art should only be used for personal use, unless a commercial fee has been discussed.
• Finished pieces may be posted or used as art examples in the future, unless requested otherwise by the client.
